Copyright policy

Vistavert respects the rights of creators and expects its members to do the same. Members are responsible for the files they upload and share. We do not review files in advance.

Reporting infringing content

If you believe a file on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice to info@vistavert.com that includes:

• your name, address, e-mail and phone number;
• a description of the copyrighted work you say is infringed;
• the exact link to the file (the share or download page address, starting with /d/);
• a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner;
• your signature (a typed full name is fine).

What we do

When we receive a complete notice, we will review it and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the file. We may inform the member who uploaded it. Members who repeatedly infringe copyright will have their accounts suspended or banned.

If your file was removed by mistake

If you think a file of yours was removed in error, write to info@vistavert.com with the file name and an explanation of why you have the right to share it. We will review your message.
